Here, you can see breathtaking views of the town and Ouachita National Forest!Īt the tower, you can go up to the observation deck, which is 216 feet up. ![]() If you still have time, drive up the winding road to the Hot Springs Mountain Tower. Or, hit the trails first and end the day on Bathhouse Row, where you can plan to soak and then eat at one of the local restaurants. Most of the trails are concentrated within the North Mountain, West Mountain, and Hot Springs trail systems.Īfter spending half the day touring Bathhouse Row, hit the trails to enjoy the Ouachita Mountains and the surrounding area. Within the park boundaries, there are 22 trails for adventure lovers to explore. It was so much fun! “Quaff the Elixir”ĭon’t forget to bring some empty water bottles! While visiting the town, there are multiple cold and thermal springs fountains where you can fill up your water bottles with the healing spring waters. We stopped and got root beer floats to-go as we walked around Bathhouse Row. Here, visitors can enjoy beers and root beer made with the hot spring waters. Superior Bathhouse Brewery is on the end of Bathhouse Row and is the only brewery located within a national park in the U.S. ![]() From the West Take I-40 East to Little Rock, Arkansas then take I-30 South to Highway 70 West exit just south of Benton to Hot Springs, Arkansas and the park. Take I-30 North to Stateroad 7 North exit at Arkadelphia to the park. To soak in the famous and historical healing waters, visit the Buckstaff Bathhouse or Quapaw Bathhouse and Spa. Take I-30 North to Highway 270 West exit at Malvern to the park. ![]()
